- WarrantyJINSHANG ELECTRONIC TECHNOLOGY warrants that all the Goods will conform to the standards specifications for such material, will be new, and will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period not to exceed the lesser of one year from the date the Goods are placed in service or 18 months from the date FEV shipped the goods to the buyer.JINSHANG ELECTRONIC TECHNOLOGY sole responsibility under this warranty shall be to repair or replace, at JINSHANG TECH’s option, any length of product found defective in material or workmanship, provided (a) the product failed during normal, intended and proper use; (b) the failure is not attributable to improper or unauthorized application, storage, handling, modification or installation; (c) immediate written notice is provided of such failure to Seller; and (d) Seller is given the reasonable opportunity to inspect the failed product.All repairs or replacements by JS under the provisions of this warranty shall be free of charge, F.O.B. delivery point called for in the original order. Defective Goods shall be returned to JS by Buyer F.O.B.Good After-Sales ServiceWe have a good after-sales service team to provide you with telephone guidance, And video guidance, and replacement of parts.

Established
In 2007, Changzhou FEV Electronics factory was set up as a home-based factory and supposed to build HDMI/3.5/RCA/TV Cables.

More Production Lines
In 2009, Changzhou FEV Electronics company was founded and introduced more HDMI production lines. Manufactured HDMI/RCA/3.5/TV cables for other cable companies in Changzhou City.

2010
Henan Branch Factory
In 2010, around 120 people worked for us, and we moved to a new building in Banshang Industry, Lijia Town. And in this year, for getting down the labor cost, we set up a new factory in Henan Province, Inland China, where the labor cost is lower than Changzhou.

In 2018, our production capacity is 10K HDMI Cables, 20K Audio Cables, 18K networking cables, and 10K USB Cables every day.

From March of 2020, we were keeping the production capacity of cables and connectors. And in order to overcome the new crown epidemic earlier, we purchased mask production equipments and made a new workshop for the production of face masks.
