HFBR-4503Z to HFER-4513Z converter is the converter in the AVAGO plastic optical fiber series. It is used with HFBR-4503Z / HFBR-4513Z, HFBR-1523Z / HFBR-2523Z type connectors, and is widely used in various switch cabinets.

Versatile Link interface is a global universal interface standard for 980 / 1000μm POF cable launched by Avago for low-rate industrial optical links.
The types are: simplex, simplex lock, duplex and duplex lock, all using plug-in installation, the connector is made of flame retardant VALOX UL94 V-0 material (UL document number E121562). The polyethylene shell outside the plastic optical cable complies with UL VW-1 flame retardant specifications (UL file number E89328), and the link transmission distance is extended by 120 meters at 40 kBd.
